We pay for your training and cover your travel costs. Most of the time, you follow the training courses remotely, from your own home workplace. Once a week, you come to our office in Amsterdam for a joint workshop with other Motoppers. Once you have successfully completed your training, and we have selected you to be matched with a client, it is almost certain that you will be able to start work. This is usually for a period of 12 months. After 12 months, 95% of all our Motoppers are offered an extension with their client.
