With a broad background in HR in which he has developed in various fields, Wiebe has a unique perspective on the field. He began his career with the AutoBinck Group at XXImo, one of the company\u2019s subsidiaries, or ventures, where his interest in innovative recruitment strategies was sparked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Ventures at AutoBinck Group include innovative companies and startups that bet on mobility and energy, and fall under the umbrella of the Autobinck Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contacting Motopp<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He acknowledges that it is often difficult to find suitable IT candidates, especially for specialized roles such as Mendix. \u201cThe problem is not so much that there are no candidates, but getting in touch with the right candidates is difficult,\u201d he explains. Through the CIO, Martijn Koning, Wiebe came into contact with Motopp. The profile of Sadek, a candidate proposed by Motopp, piqued their curiosity, and thus began the collaboration between AutoBinck Group and Motopp. \u201cThat\u2019s how we started the collaboration and eventually found the right match,\u201d says Wiebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The deciding factor for cooperating with Motopp<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Wiebe, partnering with organizations like Motopp is more than just finding the right candidate for a vacancy. \u201dOf course it often starts with receiving a suitable profile, but there is something else at play: social responsibility. This aspect weighs into the decision-making process for cooperation\u201d. The idea was not only to find a good match for the open positions, but also to contribute to the creation of opportunities for people who could use a helping hand\u201d.<br><br><strong>\u201cIt\u2019s not just about the vacancy; we want to give people another chance.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not just about filling the vacancy,\u201d Wiebe explains. \u201cIt\u2019s also about helping these people get their lives back on track.\u201d While talking with Sadek from Motopp, Wiebe noticed something special; he noticed a deeper layer of motivation in Sadek. \u201cThey don\u2019t just want a job,\u201d says Wiebe, \u201cthey really want to make something of their lives.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the difficult circumstances he has faced, his enthusiasm for his work remains undiminished. Sadek is concerned not only with personal and professional growth, but also with something he truly loves. According to Wiebe, that is a rare trait. He is now engaged in work he has always been interested in, and that personal commitment makes all the difference. Wiebe sees stories like this as inspiring and an important part of what makes working with Motopp so valuable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The big challenge for the coming years<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the biggest challenges Wiebe currently faces is the technical aspect of attracting the right candidates. Regarding the cooperation with Motopp, Wiebe sees a lot of potential here as well. He indicates that the cooperation is an interesting source of candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Motopp not only provides a social contribution by giving people opportunities, but also provides quality candidates\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The enthusiasm and motivation of these candidates are particularly striking. They really want to get started and are willing to give their all, which sets them apart from the average candidate who comes through a recruitment agency, according to Wiebe\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wiebe continues: \u201dMotopp provides a valuable addition to AutoBinck Group\u2019s recruitment policy.
