Technological developments demand new skills, while at the same time many talents remain untapped. At Motopp we believe that everyone deserves the chance to develop within IT. Therefore, we are pleased with our cooperation with the <a href=\"https:\/\/wspmiddenholland.nl\/\">WSP Midden-Holland<\/a>, which was recently captured in the video series \u201ctell us\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About the series <a href=\"https:\/\/wspmiddenholland.nl\/over-wsp\/vertel-eens\/\">\u2018Vertel eens\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the series \u2018Vertel eens\u2019, produced by WSP Midden-Holland, presenter Joris Brukx talks to entrepreneurs who put inclusive working into practice. He asks them about their motives, their expertise and what this way of working does to them. Employees themselves are also interviewed about what it is like to work for these companies and what development they are going through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In short: what exactly does the WSP do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Werkgevers Servicepunt Midden-Holland (WSP) supports employers who want to make work of inclusiveness. Together with WSP we bring people and possibilities and opportunities together. The video shows how this cooperation works in practice, with examples from our team and our trajectories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cooperation with WSP Midden-Holland<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a tight labor market it is essential to look wider. The cooperation between Motopp and WSP Midden-Holland shows that social entrepreneurship and IT can strengthen each other.
