Over the course of 27 weeks, you will prepare, together with eleven other trainees, for a career in the Dutch IT sector. How? Through a combination of technical IT skills training, insights into Dutch work culture, and workshops to develop essential soft skills. You will learn software development, gain an understanding of how the workplace operates in the Netherlands, and participate in sessions on topics such as presenting, assertiveness, and teamwork. The traineeship is fulltime and conducted in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After completing the training, we will start mediation towards a paid job at one of our partner companies across the country. If we find a match, for the next 18 months we will continue to support you with personal coaching sessions, evaluations, and additional workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
