The Motopp IT Traineeship offers a 6-month program with training and mentorship, preparing you for full-time roles at top companies like PwC, Rabobank, Alliander, Achmea and many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-926c1e45-7b37-436d-b9dc-4d8bd4dea5fb\"><strong>Start your IT-career with Motopp<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the course of 29 weeks, you will prepare, together with eleven other trainees, for a career in the Dutch IT sector. How? Through a combination of technical IT skills training, insights into Dutch work culture, and workshops to develop essential soft skills. You will learn software development, gain an understanding of how the workplace operates in the Netherlands, and participate in sessions on topics such as presenting, assertiveness, and teamwork. The traineeship is fulltime and conducted in English.<br>After completing the training, we will start mediation towards a paid job at one of our partner companies across the country. If we find a match, for the next 18 months we will continue to support you with personal coaching sessions, evaluations, and additional workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step-by-Step Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>IT Bootcamp (16 weeks):\u00a0<\/em>Trainees develop technical skills and explore their ideal IT role. Topics covered are: Project Management, Requirements Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Back-end Development (Python, FastAPI), Testing, Cloud Computing, Software Testing, Information Security, Data analysis.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Internal Internship (13 weeks)<\/em><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0Apply your knowledge in a simulated Dutch Agile work environment at Motopp, work on applications in Sprints, and receive feedback from trainers and mentors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Professional skills:<\/em>\u00a0Learn about Dutch work culture, communication, presentation techniques, CV building, and get introduced to Agile\/Scrum methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Career: We do not offer a 100% job guarantee, but we do offer 100% job intention.\u00a0<\/em>Once you\u2019re ready to start working, you\u2019ll be matched with a position that aligns with your experience and skills, such as a software developer, system administrator, or business analyst. During the first 18 months, you\u2019ll get ongoing support with personal coaching, regular feedback, and workshops to help you keep growing in your role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Starting date<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The traineeship starts on the\u00a0<strong>7th of December 2026.\u00a0<\/strong>Applicants are informed about the final selection\u00a0no later than 1,5 week before the start of the traineeship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Is this traineeship not the right timing for you? Keep an eye on our website and LinkedIn for new openings<\/em>\u00a0<em>or reach out to us via\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@motopp.nl\"><em>recruitment@motopp.nl<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Practical information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full-time:<\/strong>\u00a0Monday to Friday, from 09:00-17:30.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hybrid:<\/strong>\u00a0An average of two days a week at our office in Amsterdam, the other days from home.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cost-free:<\/strong>\u00a0Training costs are covered, as well as travel expenses and a laptop if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A refugee background with a Dutch residence permit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English language proficiency at level B2 minimum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with or strong and proven affinity with IT.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed education at HBO or WO level (equivalent to a bachelor\u2019s degree).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>During the selection process we may ask for a diploma verification via IDW \/ Nuffic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulltime available, 5 days per week for 29 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5+ years of experience in IT or (data) analyst roles within large organizations or corporates (&gt;500 employees) is a strong plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dutch language proficiency at B2 level is a strong plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Dutch driver\u2019s license is a strong plus for candidates living outside a metropolitan area or the Randstad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selection process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selection process is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First interview (online via Teams)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cognitive assessment (online)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Second interview (online via Teams)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-926c1e45-7b37-436d-b9dc-4d8bd4dea5fb\">We recommend that candidates take the time to prepare for the interviews by reflecting on their motivation and passion for IT.
