Motopp Municipalities

Motopp collaborates with over 160 municipalities to help newcomers with a refugee background to find work. Municipalities support Motopp by selecting motivated, talented individuals newcomers and those with refugee backgrounds, whom we then train and place in IT roles.

Sustainable outflow

Our traineeship is designed to guide highly educated status holders and newcomers to a sustainable career in IT.

We match trainees to suitable IT positions at our partner organizations, based on their experience and skills.

Personal guidance

At the start of the traineeship, each trainee will have a permanent People Development Manager.

Also after the traineeship, when the trainees start working at one of our partners, they will receive intensive guidance and coaching for 18 months.

Short lines of communication

We provide a short line of communication with the municipality. The trainee’s People Development Manager contacts the client manager regularly.

Here the progress of the Motopper is discussed. In this way, customer managers and supervisors are well informed and relieved.

Living in the Netherlands
English at B2 level
Full-time available
Completed education at bachelor level or higher
Affinity/interest in IT
