Junior HR Advisor

Are you ready to grow in the HR field and work in a dynamic environment where you can truly make a difference? Motopp is looking for a Junior HR Advisor who gets energy from setting up and executing operational HR tasks.

What will you do?

As a Junior HR Advisor, you will mainly work in an operational role, supporting and advising Motopp on day-to-day HR matters. You ensure that HR processes run smoothly and that employees and managers are well supported. Your responsibilities include:

Contract management and personnel administration
You support the drafting of employment contracts, process personnel changes, and ensure all information is accurately recorded in HR systems.

Absence management
You follow up on absence cases, maintain contact with employees, and support managers in complying with relevant laws and regulations.

Support with onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding
You take care of practical matters related to new hires, role changes, and employee departures.

HR processes and policies
You help optimize existing HR policies and procedures and ensure they are clear and applicable. Together with the (interim) HR Manager or the Head of Operations & Staff, you contribute to the development and implementation of HR tools and policies.

Operational HR advice
You provide managers with practical advice on HR-related questions, always within the framework of company policy and applicable legislation.

What do you bring?

  • A completed HBO (Bachelor’s) degree in HRM or a similar field
  • Several years of experience in HR (for example as an HR Officer or Recruiter)
  • Basic knowledge of employment law and HR processes, with the willingness to further develop this knowledge
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to switch easily between tasks
  • Good command of the English language
  • Full-time availability (40 hours) or at least 32 hours per week
