At Motopp, we believe in equal opportunities for everyone. Our mission is to guide highly educated status holders and newcomers toward a successful career in the IT sector. Through targeted training, coaching, and mentorship, we help talented individuals grow and connect them with leading organizations like Rabobank.

Depending on their background and demonstrated competencies at Motopp, trainees can be placed in high-code roles (front-end, back-end, full-stack), low-code roles (platforms and packaged solutions), or no-code roles (analyst, data, testing, support).

Three years ago, we joined forces with Rabobank, and since then, we’ve been working together toward a sustainable future. This collaboration not only creates new opportunities for IT talent but also helps address the industry’s workforce shortage—while generating social impact. A triple win!
